• What condition is your item in? (pits, scratches, fading or tarnished etc)

From our experience the more effort we put into the preparation work the better your finished item will look after plating, therefore the existing condition of your item is important and will inevitably determine the amount of preparation work required.

Emailing clear digital images showing a tape measure or ruler etc for perspective will enable us to offer you a quicker and more accurate provisional estimate.

Alternatively you may simply prefer to send us your item directly for a quote.  It would be helpful if you could inform us by email when choosing this option.   However please do not send any payment in advance for our services unless we have previously agreed otherwise.

We currently operate a minimum charge for small items.  In such instances we would encourage our customers to consider sending additional items simultaneously if they wish to off-set this charge.

We will happily accept most methods of payment such as postal orders, cash, paypal, personal or business cheques.  Please advise when enquiring about our services what method of payment you intend using to make your purchase.  We are unable to start any works until cheques have cleared.  For your convenience www.paypal.co.uk will accept all major credit cards, no need to open an account and we never see your card details.  Our paypal email address is available on request.
